Donation & Refund Policy

Last updated 15 August 2026

Gifts to Grace Maternal Foundation support our work improving maternal and child healthcare access in the underserved communities of Ogun State, Nigeria. This policy explains how donations are used, how receipts are handled, and our approach to refunds.

How donations are used

Donations support the Foundation’s maternal-health programmes, including antenatal and safe-delivery support, community health education, and newborn and postnatal care, as well as the running costs needed to deliver that work with dignity and rigour.

Online payments

Online giving through this website goes live at launch, handled by a third-party payment processor. Card and payment details are processed by that provider and are not stored on our own systems. Please see our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle information connected to your gift.

Receipts and tax

We aim to provide a receipt for every donation made through this website. Whether a receipt qualifies for any tax relief depends on prevailing Nigerian tax rules and the Foundation’s registration status. If you need specific documentation for your records, please contact us.

Refunds

Donations are generally treated as final, in support of ongoing programme work. If you believe a donation was made in error, such as a duplicate or mistaken transaction, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will review the request in good faith. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible.
