When online donations go live, we will also process the information needed to complete a gift, such as your name, contact details, and payment information. Payment details themselves will be handled by a third-party payment processor and will not be stored on our own systems.

We use the information you share with us to respond to enquiries, process donations, keep supporters informed about the Foundation’s work where you have agreed to hear from us, and to meet our own accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, including applicable accounting and donation-record requirements. Specific retention periods are being finalised by the Foundation.

We may share information with trusted third parties who help us run the website and process donations, such as our hosting provider and, at launch, a payment processor. These parties are only permitted to use information as needed to provide their service to us.
