Mother of the Month

She joined our maternal health outreach while pregnant, and today we celebrate the arrival of her baby.

As part of Grace Maternal Foundation's follow-up support, our nurse visited mother and baby on behalf of the Foundation, presenting a hamper containing diapers and maternity pads to support her recovery and her baby's everyday needs.

Our connection with mothers continues beyond outreach day. Through follow-up visits and practical support, we keep walking alongside them into motherhood.
